Inomo Technologies is seeking an innovative, results-oriented, customer-centric Senior Hardware Product Manager - Technical to drive the expansion of innovative digital products and hardware products globally in the mobility and energy solutions space. In this role, you will analyze the potential customer needs and financial implications and work closely with business and technical partners to launch new products globally.
The successful candidate will be expected to own and deliver our goals in partnership with business, software, energy systems and electronics development, and operational teams. He or she will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and team-oriented, and have the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. You must have a passion for breaking down complex problems, understanding customer needs and delivering holistic solutions through continuous improvement.
This position is hybrid with a preference for candidates from Oensingen (Switzerland) or Chemnitz (Germany).

Job Responsibilities
- Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals based on OKRs and supporting Epics / User Stories and Tasks .
- Champion on behalf of Inomo Technologies and our Customers, from identifying new products and features, to helping uncover issues currently impacting our Customer Experience.
- Develop the user experience, goals, stories and requirements that will be used to create product specifications
- Define and manage programs to protect Inomo Technologies from misalignments among the various teams, including socializing your vision and results with Senior Leaders across Inomo Technologies.
- Interface with partner and technical teams to identify opportunities to innovate, develop our business and pitch ideas.
- Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.
- Communicate (both verbally and in writing) program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigations plans to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with full commercial Product Life Cycle Management and delivery of products and end to end solutions
- 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology development using tools such as Atlassian Jira / Confluence, Polarion/Jama etc.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience creating and overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- BA or BS in Business or technology related field.
- 6+ years in technical product management using Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, Lean and SAFe
- 6+ years’ experience in managing complex technical projects and driving the projects through to implementation including Product Design, Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Delivery hands-on experience
- 4+ years identifying gaps in the product, prioritization and how it ties to the vision.
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity
- Meets/exceeds Inomo Technologies's leadership principles requirements for this role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in related discipline.
- 5+ years HW product development experience with a focus on electronics and/or energy storage systems and/or Battery Management System.
- Experience working in manufacturing organizations, ideally energy, mobility/connectivity or automotive products manufacturing.
