Privacy notice
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and runs no analytics, verified against the built output. The location graphic is drawn rather than an embedded map, so opening a page contacts no third party. The notes below describe the little data that is processed when you visit or contact us.

Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. When you open a page, the hosting provider processes your IP address, the requested URL, the time and technical details of your browser in server logs, in order to deliver the page and protect the service. How long those logs are kept is governed by our agreement with the provider.
Transfer outside Switzerland and the EEA
Cloudflare operates a global network and is headquartered in the United States, so delivering this site involves processing outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss–U.S. and EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on the EU standard contractual clauses; its data processing addendum applies to this processing.
Why we may process this data
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering and securing this website. E-mail correspondence is processed in order to answer your request, and where applicable to take steps before entering into a contract at your request.
Contacting us
If you write to us by e-mail, we process the data you send to answer your request. It is kept for as long as the correspondence requires and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for its correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and receive data you provided in a portable format. Write to info@inomotech.com.
Lodging a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in the European Economic Area it is the authority of your country of residence or place of work.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the site changes in a way that affects how personal data is processed.
